She has always worked in the cultural field, with a particular focus on education and on access to and sharing of knowledge. She was the Director of the Università dell’Immagine in Milan, a school created by Fabrizio Ferri, which I attended in the early 2000s.
In the interview, we talk about the sensory approach, the school, the projects of the Moleskine Foundation, and new opportunities.
Enjoy the read.

Francis Cito
Francesco Cito is undoubtedly one of the most important living Italian photographers.
I was lucky enough to meet him in the early 2000s at the Foiano Photography Festival in Tuscany.
I attended it in my Tuscan period and even though I did a very different photography from reportage and photo journalism our chats were very useful to me, not only for my photography but also for teaching.
In this interview I asked Francesco above all about his life. I love biographies and I'm always so interested in people's stories and Francesco, as a good "crazy" reporter, has many adventures to tell:
What England was like in his early work in music, the demands of English newspapers for stories of Mafia and smugglers, his relationship with Afghanistan, his Word Press Photo awards and his idea of what photography it should be today, where "aesthetics" won over history...
